Vacuum deposition technology

Not only will the product be beautiful, but it will also be finished to meet your functional satisfaction!

Introducing Narahara Industry's "Vacuum Deposition Technology." Our company employs a resistance heating type vacuum deposition device that applies voltage to both ends of a heating element, heating it through Joule heating caused by the flowing current. By evaporating metals, we metallize the surfaces of non-metal products such as plastics, adding a refined luster and a sense of luxury to the products. Additionally, our line configuration is capable of accommodating small lot production of various types. 【Features】 ■ Adoption of a resistance heating type vacuum deposition device ■ Adds a refined luster and a sense of luxury to products through metallizing ■ Line configuration capable of accommodating small lot production of various types *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Technical Data Presentation: Surface Treatment Suitable for Parts with Irregularities - 'Vacuum Deposition Technology'

Are you able to choose a surface treatment that fits the parts? We are offering data on the surface treatment technology of 'NANOS' that minimizes the impact of substrate due to high-temperature processing and dimensional impact due to thin films.

"Vacuum deposition technology" is a technique for forming thin films by heating and evaporating thin film materials in a vacuum, then condensing and solidifying them on the surface of a substrate. It is a surface treatment technology suitable for products with uneven surfaces. At Katsurayama Technology, we use fluoropolymer as the raw material, and since the maximum temperature of the entire process can be handled at a low temperature of 50°C, we can perform surface treatments with minimal thermal impact on the substrate through contract processing. Our special technology enhances productivity and ensures uniformity of the thin films! Depending on the application, we can also select film thicknesses ranging from 5 nm to 45 nm. The currently available 'NANOS' technical data provides clear explanations of performance, application examples, and comparisons of surface treatments using diagrams and tables! Because the thin films are extremely thin, ranging from a few nanometers to several tens of nanometers, and the processing temperature is low, they can also be applied to precision machining fields that require high accuracy. Our surface treatment methods include two options: deposition and spray methods. You can specify the treatment method or leave it to us. Please feel free to consult with us! (Sales of the machinery itself are subject to consultation) *If you would like technical data, please download it or feel free to contact us.

Vacuum deposition technology

Block sunlight and prevent the passage of oxygen and water vapor! Introducing a technology that is gaining attention as a promising technology.

"Vacuum deposition technology" is a technique that vaporizes mainly metals in a vacuum space to form an extremely thin film on a substrate. It can impart electrical properties (such as conductivity and shielding), making it widely applicable in precision technologies such as magnetic tapes, liquid crystal displays, organic EL displays (OLED), and the surfaces of CDs and DVDs. Additionally, because it can provide properties that block sunlight (reflecting heat rays and ultraviolet rays) and prevent the permeation of oxygen and water vapor (gas barrier properties), it is also used in packaging materials for snacks and food. 【Features】 ■ Vaporizes metals to form an extremely thin film on a substrate ■ Blocks sunlight and prevents the permeation of oxygen and water vapor ■ Can give materials a glossy finish for a high-end appearance ■ Equipped with large deposition equipment and slitting machines, allowing for compatibility with wide films *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
